  • Engagement and mental health

I mean engagement can be monitised as well. But combined with mental health is a factor as well. Socialising can be a good way to interact with another person without wasting time for another person meaning no strings attached (safe environment). Since we have our faces glued to the screen (I am one of them) our worldview can change depending on the stuff we watch. It is similar to propaganda in a way but having more real life experiences and not virtual experiences can actually help us with what we need to know about people a bit more.

It is like nazi Germany made their prisoners watch propaganda on TV and chanting, and when faced with a real life situation, their bodies would react on its own which is not what it seemed like.

So engagement in real life is better for mental health as dopamine levels will not be as fried as you can control your dopamine and attention levels. That is probably why the mental ward restricts phone usage.

  • Finding your place in society

If we are young we should start finding our place as soon as possible, finding a balance between work and social leisure. We should start as soon as possible because in this age of technology, society moves faster than ever in our eyes. If we do not work or action something, we will eventually get priced out of society then the conclusion will be suffering or not having nice stuff.

Even when we have money, it does not solve much as it gets you food and a home to stay but mostly what problems you can solve in the community and society at large. With complex mental health issues awaiting to be solved, I do not think it will be fully solved as new social norms pop up everyday.

All we can do is give tools to help people to get money so they can spend on essentials and have some fun (healthy dopamine hits) with it. For example giving a struggling person a pen or book because to get money we would have to work for it one way or another.

  • Teammate Entities

What this means as co workers or if you are your own boss working together to achieve a common goal. It works like a hierarchy as a triangle as there is a king on top then on the way down is other people similar to a pyramid.

With these working together everyone has to be respectful in a way so that the whole organisation will not lose their reputation or else they lose their inward flow like cash or any outside social influence to the organisation.

This does not need to happen like a king but if there is one that does not fit the principle and is egged on to do what is not stated in the principle then the whole organisation will slowly fall apart even if the support of the non-principle is contributing to the whole organisation because the outside influence will slowly get angry and will not use the product of the organisation.

  • Radiating energy

On screen or real life everyone gravitates towards people or any parties turn heads without  realising to the person with a specific energy. Of course when your energy is weak then you will feel isolated, even when you talk to someone, the other party will not feel enthusiastic to talk or connect with you.

When on a screen/real life when the main person starts to showcase their own flesh (with clothes on) they radiate a specific energy based on their personality depending on the way they move, their tone and their words. Specific personalities gravitate towards specific personalities, which it does not mean everyone will move towards it but the ones that need their emotional void filled based on the main screener. This works like showcasing your market of your personality to solve a problem of another personality. But it works both ways because it is similar to exchanging emotional conversation.

I would say it is similar to therapy in a way but a different market of therapy like social therapy.

  • Illusion of hearing

It is what we hear, smell and talk. Whenever we sense of combination of hearing and smelling influences our decision to do something that makes us do something that we want to do without regrets usually.

I mean what we usually regret is spending money on something that we like or a mistake or misclick which is the most regret. Spending money includes spending our money which is more than our income or cash flow which we will be at negative. I have spoken about this which this money is like lifepoints as in we can only spend so much until we fall.

As an illusion we all interpret things differently which may not be at societal standards or if we think about societal standards which are bad or logical to another person, we would be sent to the naughty corner such as the mental ward.

It is not bad and not good to be sent to the mental ward but maybe sometimes society does not understand us which sometimes we should keep to ourselves, which is not healthy.

  • Personality tools

I have spoken about this about using your social game to your advantage. But I do not mean using it to take advantage of others losses or hurt them. I mean about an exchange like making the other party happy or feel something without getting physical so there would be a morality towards it.

Through the use of machines like an ice cream dispenser, each dispenser would have their own personality in making the food like texture and flavour which would be subtle to the next machine.

It depends on who maintains the machines and how it is maintained that dictates the personality of the outcome of food.

With AI, it can only follow and make connections, not emotionally and spiritually but logically with the social expectations but it can have its own personality while leveraging your business as a human which it cannot replicate in writing a blog based on mental health for example. So maybe the future of work may be emotionally and spiritually and AI will takeover logically information.

  • Laws of nature and mental wards

My experience in the mental hospital was not the best one but I guess there are hierarchies inside. When you are the patient you are at the bottom of the ladder but it is similar to the wild wild west in a way.

In the real world it is also similar to the wild wild west but not as intense as the inside.

In the ward since you are inside, your environment is only the inside which is similar to jail but kind of working with other patients or else things can get freaky.

Being inside is like going back to the caveman times except it is not hunting for food but trying to work with what you have inside socially. It would be kind of like a social game in the wards. Food is already given at certain times so there is no need for hunting but being social is your greatest asset when you are inside.

While being social, socially it would have to go through the laws of nature with being an actual male and female because even if you change your appearance, mentally you are still the same gender to what you were born with.

Tor some it is a dangerous place and to others it may not be a dangerous place but it is skewed towards a more dangerous place because it burns you out physically and emotionally.

  • Finding the truth about mental health

    What is your mission?

    Emotions

My mission is mostly finding the mission of what causes mental health in society. It has probably been happening since the dawn of time anyways. But maybe since scripts of pages in ancient times have been mostly scrapped, I want to contribute my thoughts about mental health in my blogs.

With mental health disorders in our society, I do not think it is so much about the issue but how our society exaggerates fear onto us especially the news. With our modern technology, mental health problems have gone worse due to the story portrayed in the video and recording. But I guess, it is meant to be that attention sells so that the producer can have more views/attention for more profit/impact.

I like this blog, as the writer seeks the relationship between brain function and mental health at the same time.

  • Dress and dancing

In my previous blog, of how the structure of colours can influence our decision making… Dress and dancing also influences how dopamine hits. This also gives a sense of happiness or sense of belonging if we look in the mirror because it matches our personality.

Influences of the internet have this gift of influencing people to gift to them based on how they are dressed and their movements giving a healthy dose of happy pills. I don’t mean drugs but an emotional undetectable brainwave which they are called influencers or celebrities in a way.

Colours in a dress is also important and how the dress is designed will have a more impact of done in a certain way which punters have a talent for to influence decision makers. I would say it is similar to giving the influencer a rating out of 10 but they get some form of compensation instead.
