  • Sharing is caring part 2

    Part 1:

    Sharing is caring

I guess when we share something in an institution or either in society. We tend to get social credit in what we do that impact positively in the community and society.

When we share, we tend to get back more
  • Communitive emotions

I guess it starts from communicating emotions but with words and also tones.

It does get difficult to do but moreover it depends on making 60-80% of the promise you make.

Communicating in emotions can help with the working part of the social since we have AI to do the work for us mostly.

  • More tools

A calm person can make us make good decisions. When in a fearful mindset we can set us off to do something that we do not realise.

This will have to have the foundation built up from childhood, so it is either we take this path or take this path and so on.

    Calm
    Fear

For men when stress is increasing, you gain muscle mass while women gain weight.

  • Stress vs muscle mass part 2

    Part 1:

    Stress vs muscle mass

When we have stress regarding higher blood pressure than the others, it could mean that we would have high testosterone.

This method allows our body to protect us from harm. Even when we have a higher blood pressure, we are willing to exercise in what we should do to improve our body.

  • Institution vs mental health part 2

Must be if we have control of the environment but of course everybody would be different personalities with different elements.

When in a smaller environment like a building based on part 1:

    Institution vs mental health

It is easier to navigate in a building than the free world.

A building where non verbal and verbal actions occur to create a conflict vs not conflict
