  • Anxiety and money

We all need money to live in this modern world. In fact it has been around for centuries.

But I think what causes anxiety mostly is about paying the bills. What happens when we do not pay our bills and it ends up piling. If we do not pay our bills and we have responsibilities such as children in the house or we have someone living in the household that depends on us to get things done. We would feel the urge of anxiety internally because we do not know when our next paycheck will come. Then there is the fear of the unknown because there is more than one mouth to feed too.

Sometimes the decisions we make do affect us, whether it is getting into debt or overspending so we do not have a cushion to give us time to reciprocate.

  • Participation

I guess when you are part of something it would make you fulfilled. With anything… We all move on to the next big thing whether it is making money or trying to disrupt the market.

Even when you are not making money, with participation you get learning experience or just experience in general to talk about it when something comes up for you to talk about.

At school, we see awards for participation in something but maybe it is not meaningless but a learning experience for both the giver and receiver. The giver as in someone giving the award to the student or participant. The giver gets something out of it like data of the participant and the receiver gets a learning experience or fun experience out of it is how I see it.

  • Developing your skills part 2

With the internet there are a lot of tools to make money. Now that we have online and offline, it is easier to make more money than in the past, or maybe there are more options to make money both indoors at your own home or outdoors. I guess it is similar to working from home with a salary job but when you are your own boss, there are more options.

Just like white or blue collared, stocks and cryptocurrency there are many ways to generate income.

I have mentioned this but money is the biggest source of mental health problems in our modern society but it is not the most important. The best way to start looking is to start as early as possible, not even waiting for the right opportunity because there is no right opportunity.

Working on one tool at a time
  • Developing your skills

I mean it is crucial to learn new skills and look into new tools at the age we live in. If we stay stagnant from doing one job without thinking or taking risks, we risk being left behind in society or the community with lesser opportunities.

Of course with skills, it comes with money as well which we need to live, eat and have a nice sleep. Well… I am not saying I am independent but I still live with parents but I do a lot of observing and shadow work on the side. I do not see a need to move out because there is always room at home.

Of course having your own place is good but I do not need much in order to live a thriving life.

  • Cleanliness and anxiety

I am writing this because I have something on my mind with experience.

Whenever I touch some body’s hand it sometimes feels sticky, and I just wonder what causes it. Some people told me and the internet studies would say it is anxiety but I guess it is understandable. A few years ago when I had anxiety and not doing well, I always felt sweaty even on a cold day, so I am trying to figure out the logistics. Also it could be when you have a high fever and are trying to wear as much clothes as you can but I see sweaty palms with short sleeves t-shirt and shorts.

Sometimes it makes me feel dirty when I touch it but maybe it is how the person takes care of themselves with their diet which is the main factor in my opinion.

But anyways, you cannot prevent it but more like a trial and error to maybe stop the sweaty palms which is all in the mind or overthinking.

  • Environment and mental health

I guess if we work or we spend most of our time in an area with external factors.

This could be a warehouse because of its loud noise in the background like forklifts or the dusty air. If we spend our time there a lot, depending on our personality or character and upbringing, we could develop mental health issues caused by these factors. I am not saying it will happen but it is possible that it will happen. Everything comes at a risk anyways which depending on your risk tolerance it could be low and eventually building up.

But if you stay in the environment for a long time, you could adapt to the environment but it is only a handful that will bear it.

  • Manipulation and mental health

I guess when someone starts something that is unnecessary or to get something out of you for free, pressure can build up within the body such as blood pressure.

Who knows depending on your personality, you may be able to control the pressure to see clearly which sometimes people may do something they may not realise. This may or may not send you into the hospital which you may or may not be innocent caused by the emotional damages from someone else.

Best bet would be to pressure yourself such as taking a cold shower which can put pressure on your body that can help you navigate life’s stresses or pressure.

  • Oxygen and mental health

    Greens for everyone, oxygen

I guess when we cannot breathe our mental health is affected. By mental health I mean feeling a bit depressed and also not to be able to think as clearly.

Somehow when I go by the sea, I feel the breeze flowing through my nose, the ocean breeze. It is like a natural habitat breeze. I feel like it is important to go outside to get a breath of fresh air at times instead of breathing the air at a house or indoors. I mean some indoor places are good, only if it is big with a lot of space.

Of course the sunlight that comes with the fresh air outdoors will definitely make your mental health better by minimising depression.

If at home it is probably a good idea to put some plants as plants breathe out oxygen making the house more oxidised while we as humans breathe out cardon dioxide, if we want to stay indoors for a period of time.

  • Doing our part

What’s the first impression you want to give people?

First impressions do count towards the relationship with the person. I mean I have burnt bridges before but I do this as a learning lesson to myself. There are many people and businesses in the community which we can develop our relationships with. The first part is harder but it gets easier overtime.

When we do our part it is more about developing ourselves or to do our part in recycling something or to do a job for someone to make ourselves useful in society. Of course we have to do something we hate at first which we do not realise at first but I guess as time goes on, we might look into or create other opportunities for ourselves aligning with our values.

Even when I do ubereats, I think it would be temporary but my mindset thinks that my jobs help small businesses or businesses in general get their product for them and also to get sales for the businesses from what the customer orders.

Parts of what drives the community and businesses
  • Winter months

What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Winter months do not look like this in Sydney central

I prefer winter months because you can walk around in clothes that do not make you sweat. In winter having showers is a killer but when you dry yourself up it becomes comfortable.

In the cold you can cuddle yourself up in warm blankets making yourself comfortable instead of the hot summer sweat which makes your room stuffy.

In a way coldness builds resilience because your body builds more tolerance to stress meaning cold. This may be good for mental health because the more stress you put in your body, the better you handle life’s stresses that come your way.
