  • Creating your own self

Since we are in the social media age, we tend to follow what the creator makes to follow the trend. This trend can include money or either just jumping on the bandwagon just for fun.

We should not expect the outcome urgently but it is best to follow the passion in whatever you do.

  • Snail

When I say snail is to push yourself one day at a time. There is a quote saying “slow and steady wins the race”.

We should strive to be better than yesterday. As present means today, being present is a gift.

Eventually you will reach your goal, or even higher
  • Food for thought part 47

It is sometimes not about the money. Money can be created out of thin air with a lot of printing just numbers.

With making money, it is usually best to not focus on the result but how much you can impact the other party when you are not on top of the hierarchy.

With impacts you make to other parties, it could be emotionally or physically. Eventually you will find what works and keep running into the same procedures.

  • Vibes

I am talking about the frequencies a person can put out.

It is similar to radio waves where we can get addicted to listening to the radio or television.

We watch these because it has the emotional frequencies that a person puts out, where we would get addicted like drugs.

Of course we cannot make everyone happy but we can do our best to see what works or what doesn’t in a frequency world.

  • Food for thought part 45

There is a lot for mental health which can either be win or lose.

Everyone is different when it comes to different priorities. As a mental health advocate there are a lot of complex issues which can be fixed when talking online and offline. Usually it would be cheaper offline because online anyone can be doing it 24/7.

This would be similar to a dopamine hit as healthy or not healthy as there are a lot of entertainment or distractions on the internet.

  • Food for thought part 44

In the complexity of mental health issues within our society. We can either let it consume us or be better than the day before even if you do not want to do the work.

    Define work?

There are a lot of definitions of work which sometimes don’t include getting paid. But being paid is better because you have more leverage to do something you like.

Finding yourself in the midst of passion vs money
  • Passion vs legacy

I guess not everything has to be recorded but in this day and age of technology, we have information in our fingertips.

With passion with whatever you do, money will come afterwards as I said in previous blogs “money is energy”.

It is similar to a tv show on YouTube that money can buy you time.

Passion can also be a motivator  for our mental health.

    Passion vs mental health

  • Mirage and night time

Sometimes when I drive at night doing my rounds, somehow I see something that looks real but disappears later.

It could be the things we eat or our diets. Who knows…

Maybe our lifestyle of what we consume may be a factor or either what we watch in videos  could be at least ghosts from the past and present.

  • On top of a business

Of course when we improve ourselves financially, emotionally and spiritually, our mental health tends to get better.

Maybe this is just for men but for women, they need guidance.

As for men’s mental health, we should strive to improve ourselves and the community.

No job is above or below you, it is all society’s expectations.

  • Unconscious loyalty

There is something that we may not figure out consciously. Just like we would feel guilt as we hurt another lifeform of the same species.

If it means you get paid money,   someones our guilt goes out the window because we put a lot of emphasis into money.

The chart states what goes into our loyalty
