What are your favorite animals?
I like turtles as they are slow movers and also live a long life. Turtles remind me, that if you stress less and move slowly, you tend to live longer and look the same.
There are some downsides of moving slowly as you may get left behind if you put that in human terms.
I feel like if you move slowly and stress less, humans may have a long life as well.
