I guess when there is good and bad food wherever we are but most of the time we need good food to stay nutritious and healthy.

Food for thought
I mean almost everyone in this society likes to be comfortable but there is always a catch to being too comfortable.
Having fast food after anti depressants or psychotics can make our mental health a bit better and it counteracts with the symptoms a little.

At mental health, we should be always striving to improve which can turn into the truth.
We cannot see but most of the time is using your environmental awareness to find the right people for the job.
When men improve we tend to smile and when women improve they tend to laugh.
It goes for any environment, but it is not always impossible to do, but just different methods than what the social norms do.
Part 1:
Combative environment
In a way we watch television, we usually copy what we watch on tv whether it is good or not.
When there is humour, there will always be conflicts but in a way it cures depression and anxiety at the same time.
With humour at the same time mental health can be cured just by the frequencies and words of your voice.
