  • Doing what I can

How do you express your gratitude?

If I can do my part in making the community or society a better place emotionally and physically by talking or recycling then the others may follow. Of course it would be better if everyone was incentivised but probably in the beginning will be at a loss.

But do things that make you feel good, like what you are contributing to the community. This can come in the range of talking (giving knowledge) or paying for goods and services and recycling and reusing when you can.

I cannot rest until, everything and everyone is turning around intangible or tangible things but how I see it is like money because money flows in a range of goods and services just like when money flows to you when you offer goods and services. I do not do it all for me but for others well being as well which we should give back to society.

  • Mental health

What are you most worried about for the future?

In the future it would be great to have a cleaner future. If we do not have a cleaner future then our mental health will be affected.

The chemicals in our food or just non productive ingredients in our products will make our society a worse place. We should also re use when we can and when we want to if we want to make the community a better place and to offer more incentives to do so. In our psyche we are more motivated if there is a reward at the end of it.

But maybe the future is looking brighter as the community or society is a cleaner and more productive way, well here in Sydney that is.

But we do need to look after ourselves anyways, to do what you need to do.

  • Real life experiences

    What makes a teacher great?

I am not saying you need just real life experiences but reading books helps as well.

Reading books like think rich and grow rich gives you a perspective where you can use it in the real world.

Mostly learning comes from experimenting, we all make mistakes, that is if we learn from them.

Also listening to podcasts helps which I listen to the likes of Tai Lopez as he offers his perspectives and experiences as he has some credibility in his words.

So basically, I am always learning, listening to older people and younger people because who knows… They have different experiences or different worlds that they share with us through podcasts or books or even real life through words. I find when someone offers their opinions or teaches you in person it is easier to absorb their experiences or perspectives.

  • Recycling…

When we have second hand goods we want to buy, if they are still usable, we can brush it up like paint it or sand it then it will be near new. Also it looks new! It is easier to say than done because I do not do that yet but maybe in due time I may try this.

I collect cables used for copper and just resell them to scrap yards but right now I am just keeping them so in due time they will go up in value. I may even store them in a storage unit for fun while supporting the business as well. I also collect bottles and cans, so after I drink them, I put them in a bag to take them to a recycling facility when I have a lot.

There are a lot of ways to recycle over in Sydney, some are cheaper than others or some you could make money out of but when we recycle we tend to make the environment more friendly as in not using a lot of resources that are not used on earth.

When we recycle we also make another life for these items for us to consume.

Recycling can also give us good mental well being as it makes us think we are contributing to the eco-friendliness of our society and also to give us a purpose to lean on.

  • Serving

    What are your daily habits?

I try to keep my daily habits of serving each day, it is what keeps me up everyday.

What I mean is that serving is doing a job and getting paid after the job is finished. This could also translate to an hourly job.

I think keeping yourself clean everyday is also important but when there are other duties to be done then maybe you could skip a shower time if you feel clean at the moment. P.s (I don’t shower everyday, I am lazy).

If by serving or cleaning yourself your mental health can be positively or negatively affected depending on the person you served. But let’s try to make everybody have good mental health, for productivity.

  • Mindfulness

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Everyday I practice mindfulness. So my definition of it is, how I can make the world a better place, mostly to support the fellow men in our society. This can come in a range of goods or monetary value. As long as they are still going on by the day, it makes me happy.

I guess in our community we have had dirty public streets, somehow the atmosphere feels more clean. Maybe it is winter or maybe I should wait until summer time to see it. Whenever our streets are dirty our mental health is affected because the way I see it, anything that is wrapping paper with a word or name, emotional value is placed on it.

So when there is a lot of rubbish on the streets our emotional value can be affected as what you may have in purpose may not be consistent with what you believe.

Being sustainable is being selective with what your purpose is in life is how I see it.

  • Using money as soldiers

I have thought about this one. Everything in our society whether it is tangible items is made by someone that is working. This can be machines, animals or humans. We constantly need maintenance in order to live a healthier life. If one is unusable for sure… Then the trash it goes but when it comes to money, nowadays we have the internet which then we can leverage in how we should use our money, working with the machines and people.

If we leverage machines as people to do the right thing then everyone will be happy mentally and spiritually. We just have to adjust a bit in order to make them work with us. There should be a time where everyone and everything works together to a common goal but maybe that is a dream.

So basically… One man’s trash is another man’s treasure as they say.

  • Natural food

Which food, when you eat it, instantly transports you to childhood?

In our community over here in Sydney, Australia everything feels more natural without the harmful chemicals in our food. Maybe it is the places I get food from or just instinct but somehow things are becoming healthier.

I had Jelly Belly which takes me back to my childhood where I used to eat them except for the black coloured ones. I always preferred the orange ones which were more citrusy back in the days. Today I ate it and it tasted more natural as in not as sour and citrusy. I had a look at the ingredients and it had more of a natural ingredients like it tasted.

But yes… when we eat ingredients that are harmful to humans then our mental state will be affected… Who knows what kind of complex issues present but I would rather not know.

  • Driver

What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?

My oldest thing I use is my car, the other things I use are a bit newer as they break down or I lose it. When it comes to collectibles it is older than my car but I do not use it. It is mostly for personality in my room. Somehow when you put different things in your room, it creates a specific vibe, could be homey or other traits.

I use my car daily mostly for business purposes, to make money of course. My car is used for agile purposes in order to create the purpose that needs to be fulfilled. The purpose is making people with mental health issues or vulnerable people a chance to be their own boss.

My car has been pretty reliable so far… Without much maintenance, just an oil change or a top up of fluids which I can do myself.

  • Being an inspiration to others

There is a big mental health crisis in our society, probably to start with your own community first. You may not see it but probably it is a feeling in our environment where we place things.

Our modern society now has made everyone fear for our safety because of what is going on in the media. I guess everything looks safe and sound but it is probably a safe bet to look at people’s intentions in their mind. It is invisible.

But how we handle it together is we should try and inspire one another, it doesn’t matter if you are a child or adult. Everyone has a role to play in our society.

We should strive to give our best to fulfil a better society because of that… There will be few theft or break ins which everyone is trying to survive. It is best to share our wealth not only for our personal gain but more of giving to others while looking after yourself. Instead of dividing the wealthy and non wealthy we should try our best to bring them together.

However whoever solves this problem will be rewarded in the future. It is more to do with decentralisation where the community or society is thriving in their own way.

I will leave this to another day…
