  • Driver

What’s the oldest thing you own that you still use daily?

My oldest thing I use is my car, the other things I use are a bit newer as they break down or I lose it. When it comes to collectibles it is older than my car but I do not use it. It is mostly for personality in my room. Somehow when you put different things in your room, it creates a specific vibe, could be homey or other traits.

I use my car daily mostly for business purposes, to make money of course. My car is used for agile purposes in order to create the purpose that needs to be fulfilled. The purpose is making people with mental health issues or vulnerable people a chance to be their own boss.

My car has been pretty reliable so far… Without much maintenance, just an oil change or a top up of fluids which I can do myself.

  • Sharing your energy

What I mean by that is sharing your money. I like to share my money when I am getting a service or product. I feel that if I give my money for service it will make people improve their products. Some products may be simple and do not require skill but I think it is about the passion you give to the service. Not everyone has passion but it will motivate business or the vendor to do better slowly and that will snowball to the others as well as others will follow suit.

I think this will make mental health a better situation for all the consumers.

  • Hanging out with vulnerable people

Describe one of your favorite moments.

Somehow, I like chilling with people with mental health issues or those that are not fortunate. I usually donate to homeless people wherever I can when I walk past them but I do not talk to them, just not to disturb them. Most of the time, I guess it is just a feeling.

When I chill with people that are on assisted mental health housing or are looked after by services, they somehow feel interesting and carefree after you get to know them. I guess they are carefree well you know… But anyways it is probably their excitement that gets me sometimes or their vibe.

When I was in the mental hospital there were all types of people and most of them were interesting people. Some I would talk to them or some I just observe their vibe, bit mentally simulating but boring at the same time because there is nothing to do other than eat, sleep, walk, and most of all, medications.

  • Mental health crisis

    What notable things happened today?

It is notable that there seems to be a mental illness in our society like anxiety or depression. Sure! There are people that may not be right but there are more people that are right. Those with anxiety or depression may be lost with their identity.

We may have internet but we are lonelier than ever because we humans need physical interaction to make ourselves happy and to feel a sense of community. We cannot really fix mental health but I am sure there are healthier ways to heal our minds and get on with our lives instead of having medications all the time.

I think to fix the mental health crisis is to encourage everyone to have an identity or a principal they live by so they do not overthink what they were on earth for and get on with their lives peacefully.

  • Perfectionism mindset

When I do things I do my best to make it as perfect as possible but not perfect at the same time. If you have a perfectionist mindset you will not always be satisfied with the results therefore your mental health will be affected. It is because you are putting all your energy into a task and not leaving it for other tasks in the job or not having much energy after you finish work which could be hard to be motivated.

What I do is to make it, just good enough the task even though there may be mistakes but it still gets the job done. If you are putting your energy into work then the work you do will slowly drain you, leaving you soulless. When you are soulless and just cruising then depression may kick in because it is the same day in and day out hoping for a change. You may use more energy in the beginning but when you get the hang of things your energy shouldn’t be used too much as you have gotten used to it.

It is better to use the energy you have left to do other tasks like another project or another money making method. Our energies are limited to what we can do in a day.

  • Keeping the mind busy

    What are you passionate about?

Well I guess everyone likes money, even though I like making money as well. Money is important to look after yourself but does not ends meet.

What I like doing is doing different things at once like reselling, doing deliveries and such, such. The reason I like doing this is that it keeps my mind active trying to juggle different things at once.

Maybe eventually give it to another person to do the task for me in due time. This is also allowing them to contribute to society by doing a service.

So basically I am passionate about business where everyone benefits emotionally and financially at the same time.

  • Being an inspiration to others

There is a big mental health crisis in our society, probably to start with your own community first. You may not see it but probably it is a feeling in our environment where we place things.

Our modern society now has made everyone fear for our safety because of what is going on in the media. I guess everything looks safe and sound but it is probably a safe bet to look at people’s intentions in their mind. It is invisible.

But how we handle it together is we should try and inspire one another, it doesn’t matter if you are a child or adult. Everyone has a role to play in our society.

We should strive to give our best to fulfil a better society because of that… There will be few theft or break ins which everyone is trying to survive. It is best to share our wealth not only for our personal gain but more of giving to others while looking after yourself. Instead of dividing the wealthy and non wealthy we should try our best to bring them together.

However whoever solves this problem will be rewarded in the future. It is more to do with decentralisation where the community or society is thriving in their own way.

I will leave this to another day…

  • Coldness for mental strength

What is your favorite season of year? Why?

Winter is my favourite time of the year. It does make you uncomfortable but it also helps you increase your mental fortitude to hardships of life. Why?

The coldness is just like taking cold showers in a less stressful way makes you cleaner and also increases your blood flow into your internals.

This may be good for mental health in a way as you cope with an uncomfortable environment. It also gives you a chance to warm yourself up by wearing clothes as well. Also you are cleaner because if the environment is hot and stuffy you get smelly otherwise disgusting which also affects the smell of your own home in a way. In the cold, bacteria do not grow but grow in the summer.

During summer I usually take cold showers after a warm shower to feel cleaner. But nevertheless the cold environment makes me feel cleaner without having to do a lot of maintenance in myself.

  • Making sure everyone benefits

It is mostly financially and emotionally benefits from what they do. I guess this comes in terms of vulnerable people as we do not like taking advantage of people.

There are rules in the government that we should follow like tax offsets or even investments. I think financial stress is the biggest cause for mental health and starting from vulnerable people is a good way to start. With so many tools online in how it  helps us or other people, we continue to have newer tools to make the world a better place with fewer conflicts everyday. Sure there will be new issues in our community or society everyday but my focus is more of a minimising financial stress  which makes our mental health decline. This decline is due to the food we eat or the lifestyle we have because of financial issues.

But we should all work together for a better tomorrow, which I am trying to do my part. The better mental health, the better the innovation we get and also a safer society. We should strive for a decentralised society where money is still involved.

  • Having self respect

If you are lacking self respect yourself the whole society will not respect you.. well maybe unconsciously. It is because you give off the vibe that you do not respect yourself or look after yourself.

I myself do have some things to work on like quitting porn but I am probably addicted to the stimulation. I know it is bad but it is just hard to get it out of my system. I tried it years ago… Which went well for a couple of months then my urges hit me sending me to the mental hospital. I am not too sure if you are supposed to let out those urges but I will leave it to another story.

Having self respect is not about having a flashy lifestyle or buying expensive products but it is mostly about meaning. From the time you were born, what given purpose were you supposed to do to change the world? It could be anything that solves the problem of the community. Small things like selling and reselling could be one… It does not look like a skill but it helps the one person who needs the product on hand urgently instead of waiting for the product to arrive.

Another example could be offering gardening or labour services to another person which will greatly contribute to another person’s time to finish the job. So basically saving time for another person.

If you can achieve this, then you will probably have more self respect for yourself. This will not be instant but will be gradual.
