    In the community, there are always tools out there to develop your skills, whether being poor or a rich person.

    In the book “Man search for Meaning” by Viktor frankl talks about being down in the dumps and having hope to lift everyone up.

    With the tools in the environment whereas verbal or non verbal or also tangible can be used as a tool to help yourself.

  • Conscious discipline

    Well, in the world of madness which takes generations to fix and make it right. Maybe 🤔 discipline like a cold shower will train your discipline to handle stressful situations.

    But I guess if you do not have money or are getting free money, there is always a catch to it because you abide by their rules.

  • Food personality

    There are different souls that one person makes to suit their personality. When you cut up food or make your own food, it is your personality shining up to give to others.

    I mean when you are cutting up vegetables in a normal manner, the vegetables are reflected towards your personality. Even if you cook at home, you can taste your personality depending on if you want to make it taste better or not. This would be similar to cannibalism but you are actually not eating another fellow human being but eating your own soul.

    When you go to other businesses, you are eating their personalities which sometimes make you come back for more is similar to eating their souls.

    There is a quote on food “food is the way to the soul” or something like that.

  • Food/water and mental health

    We humans need food and water so that we can think clearly instead of going off survival mode. With mental health being an issue in our society with the use of technology, we have not much information on how to tackle it only to try and uncover older wisdom before modern society to tackle our DNA.

    Food and water is important because it helps us to prevent us from starving and to keep us healthier. Water would be more important than food that is why I am donating some money into a water charity to contribute to the impact.
