  • Discipline

Who is your favorite historical figure?

My favourite history is the spartan warriors. They are known for their professionalism and discipline. It is good to always improve yourself even though it may not seem like it but doing the tasks everyday will compound later on.

It is also good for mental health in a way as you get the drive and purpose to make your specific goal.

    Always be battle ready
  • Being vulnerable to sensitive people

It is hard to be vulnerable in this modern society since we almost always have our guard up. This is because what we consume on the news like stabbings or just creepy behaviour on TV.

With people that have undiagnosed or diagnosed mental health struggles, it may be hard for us to be vulnerable because of the stigma attached to it. So what I found best is to treat them like a friend, not like how you treat the boys but being attentive and listening to their problems and feelings. It makes an impact when people are seen and treated like they mattered.

They themselves do not know but what they are doing is supporting businesses as well even though they may not be working for their money. Sometimes it is hard to get around the issues you are facing internally because you may not have all the answers to yourself.

What I would do is consume some podcasts or read some books to gain some perspectives of the author and turn the information into your own. Also not to stay indoors for too long as you may get depressed easily.

People that are sensitive are after vulnerabilities because there are so many minds out there in society, we end up thinking they are not consistent in their actions, so basically lying about their achievements or actions. It could be the energy that everyone gives off as well, it is hard to say but we tend to project our emotions externally instead of internally. So when we project our emotions externally, there is a lot that goes on with the opposite party that they may feel threatened or calm.

But as humans we are, we are all sensitive in one way or another. Some may try to put energy into being guarded which could affect with appearance like I said in the previous blog.

Your appearance is your mental state

  • Finding purpose in what I do

    What jobs have you had?

I have been working since I was in my 20s, from a full time job to odd jobs now. I find meaning in when I am getting compensated for my time while working towards a common goal. It does not need to be luxurious but something that has an impact on society.

If my work helps another individual to their goal, then I am satisfied but then I have to think about the cost of travel and some other utilities. Everyone has to look after themselves after all.

But then sometimes it may not be enough because we are wanting something more than just the specific work. If you tell the boss or employer you want to leave then, don’t feel guilty because you have already fulfilled your role in the position you were in. I try not to feel guilty but it is what it is.

No amount of money is enough to satisfy in whatever work you do, so you would have to make your own work, starting with a project then you will end up creating more jobs in the future thus making the community more abundant in work.

  • Me and my project

How do you balance work and home life?

Balancing is hard… It is what got me into the mental health ward by overworking. Then the pills that made me even worse.

I am trying to rebuild what I have started but I think I am getting there.

I have gone an extra route to mental health because I see issues that need to be solved. Maybe in time I will volunteer or work for a community based business.

I think everything is community based but what I am trying to achieve is to make everyone feel good about themselves, even when they do  not look good on paper but mostly inside a person’s psyche.

In this platform I would like to contribute my thoughts and experiences in one hoping it will help everyone in general to have something to talk about or give away their priceless knowledge.

In terms of balancing… I find that humans are mostly made to work or do something or else we fall into anxiety or depression.

  • Do what makes you feel good

I don’t mean you should go ham on what you are feeling you want to do on food and material. Just a little bit that helps to support one another because there are plenty of other people around willing to give a little. We are just fulfilling our role or doing what makes us feel good.

I mean too much of something is not good for your mental health and will need to keep changing to adapt to the market. Just a tweak.

If you want to be minimalistic or spend, go for it just don’t give too much without looking after yourself.

If you have too much, the direction of making the other person feel good is just priceless even if we are giving a little bit.

One man’s treasure is another man’s treasure is what they say.

  • Better mental health better the innovation

I think if we are both emotionally and physically healthy, we tend to think with more purpose with the way society is moving. So what I think is… Right now we are living in an age with the internet combined with no internet. But I would say we are moving with technology.

When we have better mental health our minds have more space to think of other ideas to improve their well being with the use of technology. In other words “making us feel better”.

Technology does have an effect on our mental health but when we are exposed to high dopamine sources we tend to feel depressed or we get anxious.

We should start to use technology as a tool to educate or give our knowledge in whatever platform we are on or using it to gather your research of your interest instead of mindless scrolling.

  • Supporting simple businesses

What’s the oldest things you’re wearing today?

For some reason I like to wear generic clothes that look like I have no personality, just random full colours of clothing.

I like to think, I am supporting small family run clothing businesses or I do shop at the flea markets for second hand clothes. It makes me feel good that I am supporting another person just trying to sell their used clothes.

I don’t shop a lot but I shop for things I actually need. Who knows… Maybe I will buy clothes from the flea markets and just donate my clothes to the clothing charity box.

I will wear them a couple of times then just probably just put it aside and donate it.

Clothing is a human need of our society as it keeps us warm and at least some fashion taste on the outside.

If the clothes ain’t broken, then it could be used again or resold.

    Generic clothing is my favourite
  • Fear makes us physically sick

I have been sick my whole life. Not the emotionally sick but the physically sick. I don’t feel like there are any symptoms, it is a bit complicated.

I think if you have a lot of fear and anxiety and you are trying to suppress it, you blow your nose pretty often. It does look like you have something wrong to the other person but to yourself… There is nothing wrong.

I feel like when you hold back your fears and anxiety you tend to show some symptoms of sickness but you are not sick at the same time…

But I guess if you have a healthy mind you get a healthy body…

Balance… So your whole body functions
  • Finding Peace…

When I do something I love, I tend to find peace in what I do. Why? Because I am passionate about it.

When you are passionate about doing something it gives you a sense of euphoria you cannot describe. It is like you are walking with purpose. This may include just writing blogs or making money solving a problem in the community or maybe just having fun in general.

We all have a role to play in society. Don’t think that you are useless just because someone said so…

If you have work that you are passionate about, you shouldn’t be useless but useful because you are inspiring someone else to be better than the day before. Of course we need a job to pay our bills so we can support ourselves.

But if you want a different route then try to solve a problem then eventually you will make money from what you are passionate about.

  • Contributing to the greater good

What do you do to be involved in the community?

What I want to do is allow people to be their own boss. Probably in the future, I will have another page up showing the different products for wholesale then everyone can resell them.

If anyone is good at sales, for example a car phone holder. Putting the holder on the dashboard and clipping the phone on the mount is a safety thing.

I want to get everyone out and about meeting people or have an excuse to go out. If we have nothing to do like stay at home on your phone all day, you will easily get depressed.

This way, you will have an excuse to go out and make friends while potentially making money.
