  • Stress free

    How do you practice self-care?

When I care for myself as a guy, I must keep maintaining my energy like moving around or doing jobs. We as humans we must always keep moving because we are moving creatures. Back in the days of our history we were constantly  moving or learning because there is always something to do offline. I mean online you can share your achievements or stories or either knowledge but the internet makes it easier to get knowledge with minimal effort. I don’t think books will phase out, only because books have emotional value attached to it but the internet, would just be read and forget most of the time I feel.

It is hard to care for yourself at times but mostly just keep yourself busy and keep going outdoors where you get fresh air rather than staying indoors all the time. If you want to have an excuse to go out, there are always jobs available outside waiting for the right person. Not everyone will get a fixed job but it is still an excuse to go outside.

This is similar to items that collect dust, if you do not clean or maintain it, it will become dirty. So as people or a person we should constantly keep moving.

  • Travelling for a purpose

What countries do you want to visit?

Somehow I like to travel if there is an incentive to get my brand out there. I do not really go to have fun, I mean I did but I found it unfulfilling and also I gained weight.

The country I want to visit one day is America, it does not look good on the news but maybe a trip there for one or two weeks would be fine.

If I can travel while getting my brand out there (Watapple) then in my world the society or community will be a better place. Mental health should be talked about more freely in our community, online and offline.

  • Touching nature…

I feel like when I am touching something that is natural it makes me feel good for some reason.

Natural includes: Water, plants, and dirt.

When I do a job or service that includes those above, my mental state reveres back to normal or a feeling that I accomplished something. It probably goes back to our early ages of always being around with nature, instead of being surrounded by carpet or plain walls. It is something that makes my mental state feel good at the moment.

I think if we touch something that is tangible but is living, we tend to feel good. This goes with dogs and cats, our minds always need that natural stimulation. If I am in a more suburban area like in the city, the vibe is totally different.

What I think for our mental health is to play with grass a bit more. It does sound rude but… If we play with grass or greens a bit more then our mental state will be geared towards a positive state.

    Greens
  • Leading the way…

I have found everyone can lead the way in one way or another. The older you get the more you can use your mind to influence people as you have more knowledge about the world.

If you do become an influence, I feel it is best to show your side of giving to another person so that all the other people will follow in your footsteps 👣.

However, I like to try and spread my knowledge to everyone and raise awareness about the community in solving the mental health crisis. Also our mental health is impacted mostly financially as some people are finding it hard to land a stable income for themselves.

I am committed to everyone having a commission based job while I take a little cut so everyone can stand on their two feet and to make work or service enjoyable for each parties.

The funds I get are also to support businesses that are sustainable to the development of society for making mental health a better place like donating money to a clean water charity, to an investment where everyone prospers financially, supports other sustainable recycling development businesses and working/supporting with small businesses while also getting my brand out there. This will be a long road but I think we will make it.

    We gonna make it
  • Building a foundation

I tend to rush things usually which can affect my mental health because I am trying to force stuff which I haven’t done. The best thing I learnt was to take little actions at a time so I would not overthink things.

This could also make you tired and unmotivated to do things.

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to. There are always free services around, you just need to look deeper within. Since we have the internet, it is more accessible than ever before. But what you do is to try and avoid the hospital for mental issues or else it would make things worse. Because mental health is a new thing we are trying to combat, in the 1960 to 1980s mental health was not a big thing so it was harder to tell. Now everything is coming up and more and more people are talking or spreading awareness about mental health issues.

When you slowly build a foundation for yourself you limit your mental health problems. I am not saying it will prevent but minimise the problem.

But I guess it mostly comes from information overload at one time. Our minds have not adapted to the fast paced society we have now.

  • Don’t put your eggs in one basket

    What it stands for:
Different types of projects and sources to do

This comes in terms of income, if you put too much of your time in one thing, it may or not work out. It is best to have another source whether you make money or not.

In the past I kept focusing on the stock market (Penny stocks) all day in business hours when it opened. So what I would do is refresh the page every 10 seconds to see if it goes up or not. It drove me crazy, because I kept focusing on the price of the stock. It made me inpatient as I had nothing better to do as I was sitting in the office in my full time job just to get that little hit of dopamine. Eventually it did drive me to the mental hospital which my first time experience was not a good one. Best to avoid going there as a patient.

Right now, I am more focused on finding different types of work in different places while writing blogs in my travel journey from there to here or something. I do have other things going on… I will probably share more in later blogs when I have my mind straighter.

  • We cannot have everything

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

We can all attain something, that is our mission, values and purpose. But that journey is endless. Our society is always changing so once we finish a project, then we move on to another project and so on.

But as for physical items, we cannot obtain everything because that would break our bank and also too much storage.

I think having it all is more about being fulfilled emotionally so maybe that is where psycho therapy comes in. If the therapy is implemented more, the mental health crisis would be more balanced instead of being overloaded in our society.

So my mission is more about a cleaner environment, servicing people for a better mental health for others.

  • Talking to a variety of people

Who would you like to talk to soon?

I think talking to everyone broadens your experience. It doesn’t mean you should talk to them forever but when you meet different people just having a chit chat, everyone has different experiences. Like I said there are 7 billion worlds out there and 7 billion perspectives of life.

Even those with mental health issues, they still do have an experience of their life, their own life experiences. So I like to travel around for work, meet different people and work with them and say what they do and tell them what I do. Everyone I meet has a different vibe so it could rub off against you and it could shape your personality or energy.
