    I do believe there are some things we may do unconsciously that may be bad because we all live in a bubble 💭 so we can strive as we get older.

    Conscious or not… We should strive to have better mental health which is doing our jobs or living via our principles which tends to be universal at times.

    Use of music may communicate how we feel inside of minds playing music at present.

    This can be powerful depending on how we can leverage it.

  • Mighty freedom

    It is usually all in our minds for fear and paranoid thoughts.

    Even if you try to think positive thoughts, you should not try to force it.

    In any situation we should not try to force things but little by little to see improvements.

    I do think when you hear a specific word it may affect you but I guess there is more than that.

    Words, emotions and frequencies of wording.

    Talking with purpose…

    Of course you talk with purpose but in a way you cannot predict what people will say but read between the lines of wording and emotions.

  • X vs mental health

    X marks the spot in some ways.

    Although when you have an X, usually it comes to passive aggressiveness.

    We can always work together whether you are at home or outside or either in an institution.

  • Changes in a positive way.

    Most part as positive minded, can influence people if it is something different.

    Because everyone likes drama but it has to be good/dark comedy so we can cure ourselves from depression.

  • Building a team of like minded people

    People can include animals too as they are survival creatures too.

    It’s like an ecosystem of something which everyone has to contribute in these crazy times but we all usually have one principle or two.

    Dopamine and mental health

    There is an illusion usually but once we can place our foot on hold, we can work together to achieve a goal.

    More about working with your elders in a way in a professional setting. It does not mean how old the person is but more about their life experiences.

    It is essential to give everyone some play time in order to depress the depression or even prevent dementia.
