  • Made for work

    We all need to do something one way or another. It is what keeps the society moving. But I guess if you are playing computer games or watching tv, you are still contributing by your presence.

    We still need to go out and see the world and meet people, it is how our mental well being is more on the positive side.

    But my goal is to turn money over to people or businesses so it impacts the community/people around the business. But everyone can do that, so I am doing my part. It is great seeing how the local community or business from afar change for the greater good whether it is just buying a cheap item or donating something.

    So if you ever feel suicidal, you have a role to play in our society. It doesn’t have to be really impactful but just the little things count because we need people to make the world turn in which in turn to look after another fellow soul.

  • Relationship with yourself

    I find that when I am in a relationship with my goals or purpose. It gives me a healthy spike of dopamine.

    Don’t get me wrong… I have some healthy habits like vaping or energy drinks and even some porn, I am a guy with needs sometimes.

    But my purpose mostly is to educate everyone about mental wellbeing because it is important. It kind of lowers suicide or anxiety, gives people hope that someone is not alone.

    But nonetheless, find what your calling is in life. Could start with little things as whatever action you take can compound overtime, just like putting money into an index fund or an investment. Could go up or could go down, just like finding your calling is an emotional rollercoaster because there is no path to what you want to do.

  • Change…

    Change is important. I believe we need change so we can keep our minds active and also you keep something new. We all have nostalgia from our childhood. I mean we can have our old favourites, but for change, I believe we should strive to become the best versions of ourselves.

    It is not for us but for our mental well being. Instead of hustling and bustling all day, we should reflect and sit down to think about our next course of action. This can stem from contributing to society or just relaxing our brains so we can plan or action our tasks more thoughtfully.

    What I find best is sitting on the bench with trees around me, that way I am in the cross version of nature and modern society.

    It is not easy to achieve this but there is always a way since there is the internet and more people means more labour to share profits so you can achieve the life that you want to achieve.

    This is more of an experiment for your well being.

  • Gangstalking… Mental health?

    Maybe it is my psychosis or something. But when we think this way, it is like everyone is out to get you through their scare tactics. This is through items that have similar tones or items banging outside, I am not sure.

    But you should use this as a strength instead of using it as a weakness. This is what I have struggled with.

    I now use this as a way of people keeping me safe and all the impurities are gone away through peoples signals.

    I guess this is towards mindset. So if anyone has ever faced this, think more positively about the surroundings because it does get a bit complicated.

  • Being to comfortable

    I have had experiences with being comfortable. Comfort means stability in my opinion. So I think being too stable affects our way of life because life gets too mundane if we have a straight line to life.

    If we are too comfortable, we tend to gain weight or feel emotionless to the environment around us. For the past 5 years, being out of the mundane lifestyle as in a stable lifestyle makes me feel whole as an individual. Life is not an easy journey but when we feel uncomfortable, we do things that make us feel alive and somehow we don’t gain as much weight.

    When we feel uncomfortable, we tend to think more in terms of life. Just like our bodies use up excess energy to make you keep going in life. So I kind of live minimally in terms of food but I do but some things that I enjoy. I enjoy collecting items that go up in value overtime and I collect them just for the nostalgia as well.

    I think we tend to eat more if we are too stable, thus gaining weight or having a puffy appearance in looks. Our human minds always like to find something we are excited about or like going to different places so we can feel alive.

    But this is my opinion.

  • Planning…

    We all plan one way or another. Whether it is for our goals or spiritually. But what I sometimes tend to do is plan a goal and not do it because I dream about it without taking action.

    Maybe I am not the only one…

    But if we keep thinking about it, it might manifest. I guess we need to think about small steps first before we think about the bigger picture or else our mental health is affected.

    We all want this to go as planned, but there is no roadmap into how the plan will go. Life is pretty unpredictable but I guess we have to adapt to what we have and try to work with it and see where it goes.

  • Making the world a better place in our world

    When we think of what we can make the person in front of us feel good or if the other person makes us feel good. We tend to get a healthy dopamine spike and that will make our world/mind a little better. If it happens the other way well… You know…

    Maybe it is tough love or maybe it is negative but we should not let it affect us and try to make your world a better place by doing actions that will help the community or the world.

    Notice how I said “your”. It is because we all have our own struggles, we cannot make the world a better place if your world is not a better place.

    Maybe the first step is to try to create a healthier relationship with yourself and the rest will fall through. You cannot convince someone else, whether it is your parents or strangers. You must have respect for yourself in whatever you are doing.

    Then try to make the world a better place.

  • Acts of service

    For our well-being, we should focus on how to be of a service to people whether it is being an employee or being self employed. Everybody wants something out of it, one way or another but if we dig deep we can open our minds to another layer of being a service.

    I think it is making the persons involved to make them feel good in that moment in whatever you are doing.

    For me, I like to help out and I get something in return whether it is money, service or products in return. As long as the return I am getting keeps me going, that is all it matters…

  • Labour for hire

    As a person who likes to think that money makes the world go round.

    We also need people to fulfil a person’s dream. AI or robots cannot compete with humans because we always find a solution to do work. Yes! AI can takeover some work but they need maintenance to some degree like humans need maintenance such as food and water to thrive.

    But maybe AI and humans can work together in most cases.

    So if you are considering ending your life. Don’t! Because every life being has a role to play in our society, you just have to find it.

  • Money for something

    Theres a lot of opinions about this. In Australia a lot of people prefer to do nothing on the day than to work for less than minimum wage 

    My thinking is… If you have nothing to do on the day, why not just do something, at least it covers more than enough for transport to get to the destination. But I guess if you are building something maybe it is best to take it easy.

    But anyways, it is better than nothing while you look for something better. I use the platform called Airtasker, just some odd jobs here and there but I guess it is better than nothing.

    We humans are hardwired to seek out to do something  but if you just sit at home all day, you are just going to get depressed. I have done this before.
