  • Having belief in yourself

This goes for all areas of life. This can be business, or relationships. Well for business should be number one priority either way because when you focus on business, you can control how the business is shaped.

When you are first starting your business, having belief in the vision helps as it gives you a foundation on how it is going to make an impact in society. Even when it does not go well, having belief in the craft can motivate you to reach higher heights.

Doing business makes my mental health a bit happier because it is similar to playing a video game because it is similar to building and maintaining a structure. Of course there should be some social aspects to keep a balance because you cannot focus on one thing at a time and give your brain a rest so you can tackle the next day.

How I think about the next day is similar to being at a war as it is like living another day of building and doing something.

  • Illusion of money

I guess it starts by buying food or a home to stay at. Rent or buy, but similar. But when someone purchases something, it feels like there is an invisible force that they own the product.

Start by doing deliveries for a while and you will get the logistics a bit. When you do deliveries it is a bit like the other end purchases the item and the supplier makes the item but the delivery man acts as a middleman.

When you are on the road, and picking up the product, you can feel an illusion of the buyer owning the item. That is why on delivery applications or boxes say handle with care.

This sounds like a spiritual thing but it is an illusion force.

Middleman outside the black circle, black circle is consuming their own product
  • Collaboration

Old school or new school, we still have the same concept whether it is making money or just socialising. Collaborating is about giving something out which we may get in return, of course this can come in a form of money or advice or even socialising.

We have unlimited resources to socialising rather than money but if we treat money as a form of socialising then we would get the cash flow. When we have money coming in, it makes us happy in the moment just like talking or socialising with people.

This would simulate our mental health a bit as it provides a good source of dopamine and some cash so you could eat, drink and housing.

  • Developing relationships

Of course everyone does not want to feel lonely. There can be a fine line between making money and not making money when developing relationships. There are friendships, coworkers and/or acquaintances.

When a relationship is developed which can be anything, a connection can arise which can make you more coordinated with each other and make more riches for everyone involved in the situation. I am not sure if it is spiritually but when everyone is working together to fulfil a problem on hand, then the situation will make those involved more riches.

Developing relationships does not have to be a business transaction but mostly based on the feeling of connection to another person on an emotional level. It could be the individuals are on the same page emotionally and spiritually but not the same personality. It is hard to describe but I am basing this on patterns I see with my own two eyes.

Connecting each other with different personalities, almost like coordinated effort to solve a problem on hand
  • Generic clothing

What are your two favorite things to wear?

In my opinion I would rather use my money to support people so people would have enough tools to support themselves whether it is food and their mental health.

But I am creating a brand out of this, it is giving business at the same time whether the person is good or not.

  • Building a business upon mental health

If you didn’t need sleep, what would you do with all the extra time?

Of course I would use that time to relax and chill so I can think of the next move. My business is not revolutionary but I guess more like building communities even when I am not involved with them.

When our mental health is good, I mean not everyone thinks the same. Some could strike fear in what they believe and some will not. But with technology, there is loneliness and people looking for information to keep on living and to have a purpose. We just have to keep looking around until we find something and make it into our own personality whether it is helping people or making money for ourselves.

I find taking money and helping people at the same time feels more satisfying because you know your product or service helps another person with their time and skills.

  • Oxygen and mental health

    Greens for everyone, oxygen

I guess when we cannot breathe our mental health is affected. By mental health I mean feeling a bit depressed and also not to be able to think as clearly.

Somehow when I go by the sea, I feel the breeze flowing through my nose, the ocean breeze. It is like a natural habitat breeze. I feel like it is important to go outside to get a breath of fresh air at times instead of breathing the air at a house or indoors. I mean some indoor places are good, only if it is big with a lot of space.

Of course the sunlight that comes with the fresh air outdoors will definitely make your mental health better by minimising depression.

If at home it is probably a good idea to put some plants as plants breathe out oxygen making the house more oxidised while we as humans breathe out cardon dioxide, if we want to stay indoors for a period of time.

  • Settle and not settle at the same time

    Do you trust your instincts?

Of course to increase our income we must do other ventures in order to make money. In an instinct stand point, sometimes there will be some people that may take advantage of you. But you should not let that get to you and live with abundance.

When we settle too much we tend to live in fear in this fast paced world mainly because of money and we need money to survive in this modern world. Of course you can live off-grid without paying money but it is a lot of work trying to hunt and gather instead of doing a role to make money when other people can get the resources for you.

As for instincts, sometimes I do rely on instinct but when I do use it, it may or may not backfire and can use that as a learning lesson.

  • Doing our part

What’s the first impression you want to give people?

First impressions do count towards the relationship with the person. I mean I have burnt bridges before but I do this as a learning lesson to myself. There are many people and businesses in the community which we can develop our relationships with. The first part is harder but it gets easier overtime.

When we do our part it is more about developing ourselves or to do our part in recycling something or to do a job for someone to make ourselves useful in society. Of course we have to do something we hate at first which we do not realise at first but I guess as time goes on, we might look into or create other opportunities for ourselves aligning with our values.

Even when I do ubereats, I think it would be temporary but my mindset thinks that my jobs help small businesses or businesses in general get their product for them and also to get sales for the businesses from what the customer orders.

Parts of what drives the community and businesses
  • Winter months

What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Winter months do not look like this in Sydney central

I prefer winter months because you can walk around in clothes that do not make you sweat. In winter having showers is a killer but when you dry yourself up it becomes comfortable.

In the cold you can cuddle yourself up in warm blankets making yourself comfortable instead of the hot summer sweat which makes your room stuffy.

In a way coldness builds resilience because your body builds more tolerance to stress meaning cold. This may be good for mental health because the more stress you put in your body, the better you handle life’s stresses that come your way.
