  • Different ingredients create a reaction

    This can be in social or physical situations like food scraps. It is hard to say but the environment is very important too, how it is stored or the intensity of the sunlight as well as the temperature.

    This could be adaptable to humans as well as the right timing or environment can make us feel sleepy or not sleepy. Our mental health is an important factor in which we put in our bodies whether mixing different types of food together and consuming it and the environmental factors in it as well.

    But if they were food scraps for example, throwing out different scraps in different places can affect how the rubbish smells or how the rubbish feels in your hand. This may be hard to tell but it is these subtle differences that make a difference to our well being.

    This could be a make or break situation if by doing this experiment.

  • Checking my work in action

    What skills or lessons have you learned recently?

    Somehow I mostly made a community into how you can have fun and talk at the same time. Just like in the mental hospital and school yard, somehow I made most people get along with each other and make them less stressful. Of course if there are any complications, I will step up based on my values and principles.

    Seeing my work in action on tiktok which is in my bio, I have helped make people come to a safe place where they can compliment and joke around in the live stream. We need something to entertain ourselves in order to get the right dopamine right within ourselves.

    But right now I am working on buying things I care about and just putting them somewhere for my project, but I am not too sure yet so I will probably talk about it in later stages.

  • Just observing

    How are you creative?

    I mean it is good to socialise and observe at the same time. Sometimes when we are in the middle of something, it registers in our mind later on.

    We should all strive to become better people than the previous day or else we get left behind in this technological world. But in our society we still have the same concept as in solving a problem in front of us, or solving a problem at a grand scale. By solving a problem means if you make another person happier or if it makes it easier for the society to communicate or have fun, just like the invention of phones.

  • Mental health in its infancy

    Share what you know about the year you were born.

    I guess mental health is complicated because we have different personalities and different bodies to cater to.

    Each therapist or each support worker is different and can cater to different vulnerable people or people that have the specific needs to talk about.

    Since the internet, many different complications have arisen but I guess the 1990s were just the beginning of different types of cases because we could be talking to another person on the other side outside of our community which impacts our thinking patterns.

    As for now it is more of a hybrid personality with social media and the internet with information or socialisation at our fingertips.

  • Manipulation and mental health

    I am writing this based on my opinion but as we get older we tend to get slower in the mind and tend to forget things.

    There are a lot of factors to it but I guess it is the inconsistency in how people say things which we would get confused in ourselves and also to make us forget things.

    I like to keep things simple and say it out it is without controlling the other person but when there is business to be made, then of course I have to step it up, more like encouraging them to complete the transaction or to respect the buyer so to not waste their time. Of course I am not perfect by all means but I try to keep it as minimal as possible.

    When we have been with someone for so long with a lot of inconsistency in what they say, we tend to get manipulated a bit and slowly. It is similar to the kiss of death, which we cannot pinpoint but eventually it will catch up to the victim. But most of the inconsistency and how the mind deteriorates is a bit subtle. So if you want the mind or mental health to be happier it is best to try your best to interact with straightforwardness.

  • Not expected

    Are you a good judge of character?

    Well, everyone thinks they can read people, maybe we can be right or maybe we can be wrong. We all have different opinions to the kind of people we meet until they tell us what they do with their life.

    I guess in a way is how we protect ourselves and to have a sense of opinion or drama if we have two or more people involved in the conversation.

    But for our mental health we should not read people too much and just go with the flow while interacting with people but I guess put up a little front to protect your vulnerability.

    I may not be the best person to write this blog, but I guess I’ll give my opinion.

  • Inspiring anyone

    I guess this is a topic I cannot influence but we all have skills or we can start something that turns into a fad. Just like collecting bottles and turning them into social credit or buying a drink which turns it into donation with one can at a time while still making profit for the business.

    I guess it is more about the social impact of what the business can achieve not by making a lot of money and putting it into its own business. If by helping another external social impact, then the business could get more in return because of the impact it has made to the specific niche.

  • Having belief in yourself

    This goes for all areas of life. This can be business, or relationships. Well for business should be number one priority either way because when you focus on business, you can control how the business is shaped.

    When you are first starting your business, having belief in the vision helps as it gives you a foundation on how it is going to make an impact in society. Even when it does not go well, having belief in the craft can motivate you to reach higher heights.

    Doing business makes my mental health a bit happier because it is similar to playing a video game because it is similar to building and maintaining a structure. Of course there should be some social aspects to keep a balance because you cannot focus on one thing at a time and give your brain a rest so you can tackle the next day.

    How I think about the next day is similar to being at a war as it is like living another day of building and doing something.

  • Collecting valuables

    What was the last thing you did for play or fun?

    I guess, I have been buying recklessly, well it would feel recklessly. It is similar to gambling but buying a piece of history that is on the internet can have some emotional value. Even the artwork or the piece can have emotional value.

    Well, buying the artwork which has some hype can be good financially at times if people are willing to buy the card or artwork. I buy it because I want to create a fun give within the environment and talk about it when someone asks about why the artwork is there.

    For example, the Kabuto 1st edition Pokemon Card. It does feel like the shit coin in cryptocurrency or NFT but I am betting on the historical value of the card which I am going to transfer it to other aspects of my business by putting it up as artwork.

  • Smoking and mental health

    I am not sure if the reason why people smoke maybe is probably it passes the time for the person and it also makes you feel better. I like to get to the bottom of this because I may have experienced this and somehow I do not feel the stress as much.

    Now when you smoke you feel better and not as stressful. It is a feeling I do feel like maybe it is spiritual or psychological about being left behind in life. I think your body determines how ahead or behind you are in life. It is hard to measure but anti-psychotics slow you down mentality which makes you want to smoke and vape which I have started ever since I started taking them. When you get slowed down mentally you tend to want to vape and smoke. With the population medium about being left or ahead in life, or those behind in life tend to smoke even if you are in debt or not.

    But I will probably talk about this progress in other scripts and blogs.
