  • Random hours

What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

When I have something to do or nothing to do I just sleep at random hours of the day. But I guess when it hits midnight or at night in general then I try to go back to sleep. Before I sleep I like to listen to podcasts or audiobooks to improve my thinking skills. This will further help me in achieving my goals in mental health. Of course to make money of course, but I would prefer to not get handouts because to me, nothing is free in this world. We all have to contribute to society with a service or product in order to make the world a better place and to advance into the community.

So sometimes I would listen to the same podcast more than once every few days to get it through my head because we do not retain all information in videos we see.

  • Hard music

What is your favorite genre of music?

I like music that has both an emotional and hard beat to it. I feel it feeds into your warrior state of mind and being emotional at the same time depending on the type of hard music.

It does disturb some people with that type of music because it is not a popular genre.

Somehow the hard music or hardstyle music feeds into your soul and makes you a warrior in your own mind for some reason. It makes you motivated to do things for some reason.

As for mental health, it is good in a way but sometimes it could activate your issues as well sometimes.

  • Being in an artsy community

    Describe your most memorable vacation.

When I was in Melbourne, years ago with my friends I felt something, something hard to describe, that it was more creative than when I was in Sydney.

Maybe now it is chaotic but before years ago it had the lively feeling like a happy vibe to it, a more hip feeling. Some places I went had arts with meaning on them, maybe a sad or happy meaning but it was very creative with alley ways and stuff.

So it kind of inspired me to think of ways to combine business and art together. From what I have observed people with mental health issues are creative in their own way like drawing pictures or colouring in pictures using different colours. It could be the colours they use have meanings but it could be hard to describe. We are Complex individuals with different needs I guess. From what I observed they are not the greedy types but trying to make their own path in life trying to express their feelings through pictures and drawings.

We know the society and community is a dark and dangerous place but we shouldn’t let that stop us and try to make the world a better and safer place, emotionally without all the fear we see on television and or social media.

All we can do is fight and hope for the best. We should be living our lives to the fullest even if it ruins our reputation.

  • Feeling the love

    What’s your definition of romantic?

Of course not everyone is perfect! We all make mistakes. It would be great if everyone gets along and does their part in playing a role or wanting to place themselves in society.

What I am more focused on is giving people a chance to be their own boss or have their commission based side hustle. We know in this day and age, prices are out of reach for some people and the cost of living is skyrocketing.

But we should be more focused on making the society and community a cleaner place. What I mean by that is cleaner streets or everyone getting along with each other. Me on the other hand, for some reason I like to keep my responses vague and to the point as it saves me the stress.

But we should love everyone based on your principles, because principles are what keeps us going.

  • Doing what I can

How do you express your gratitude?

If I can do my part in making the community or society a better place emotionally and physically by talking or recycling then the others may follow. Of course it would be better if everyone was incentivised but probably in the beginning will be at a loss.

But do things that make you feel good, like what you are contributing to the community. This can come in the range of talking (giving knowledge) or paying for goods and services and recycling and reusing when you can.

I cannot rest until, everything and everyone is turning around intangible or tangible things but how I see it is like money because money flows in a range of goods and services just like when money flows to you when you offer goods and services. I do not do it all for me but for others well being as well which we should give back to society.

  • Mental health

What are you most worried about for the future?

In the future it would be great to have a cleaner future. If we do not have a cleaner future then our mental health will be affected.

The chemicals in our food or just non productive ingredients in our products will make our society a worse place. We should also re use when we can and when we want to if we want to make the community a better place and to offer more incentives to do so. In our psyche we are more motivated if there is a reward at the end of it.

But maybe the future is looking brighter as the community or society is a cleaner and more productive way, well here in Sydney that is.

But we do need to look after ourselves anyways, to do what you need to do.

  • Recycling…

When we have second hand goods we want to buy, if they are still usable, we can brush it up like paint it or sand it then it will be near new. Also it looks new! It is easier to say than done because I do not do that yet but maybe in due time I may try this.

I collect cables used for copper and just resell them to scrap yards but right now I am just keeping them so in due time they will go up in value. I may even store them in a storage unit for fun while supporting the business as well. I also collect bottles and cans, so after I drink them, I put them in a bag to take them to a recycling facility when I have a lot.

There are a lot of ways to recycle over in Sydney, some are cheaper than others or some you could make money out of but when we recycle we tend to make the environment more friendly as in not using a lot of resources that are not used on earth.

When we recycle we also make another life for these items for us to consume.

Recycling can also give us good mental well being as it makes us think we are contributing to the eco-friendliness of our society and also to give us a purpose to lean on.

  • Mindfulness

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

Everyday I practice mindfulness. So my definition of it is, how I can make the world a better place, mostly to support the fellow men in our society. This can come in a range of goods or monetary value. As long as they are still going on by the day, it makes me happy.

I guess in our community we have had dirty public streets, somehow the atmosphere feels more clean. Maybe it is winter or maybe I should wait until summer time to see it. Whenever our streets are dirty our mental health is affected because the way I see it, anything that is wrapping paper with a word or name, emotional value is placed on it.

So when there is a lot of rubbish on the streets our emotional value can be affected as what you may have in purpose may not be consistent with what you believe.

Being sustainable is being selective with what your purpose is in life is how I see it.

  • BBQ Sauce

What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

I mostly like burgers, pizza and the simpler food because I think what it tastes like is a part of the business or person themselves. I do eat rice, Chinese, indian and others its more the simpler food I prefer because I know by feeling what goes into my body. I mean everyone has always looked after me and the food tastes great, some being unique in taste.

What I like best is a beef halal snack pack drenched in garlic, bbq and chill sauce. I guess I fell in love with it ever since way back in 2016 where the snack pack was fad in Sydney.

Somehow the taste of food is getting better and even if it’s cold it still tastes more natural, good for mental health.

  • We are what we wear

If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?

We should wear clothes that align to the occasion we are going to. Or else… We should align what we wear to what we feel like. If we wear clothing that is what should be respected, we would feel good at the moment but what about when the event finishes.

We should wear something that we will always feel comfortable with because our mental health will not be affected by the inconsistency with the environment.

We shouldn’t be told what to wear but probably guided into what we wear when we are infants. When we are adults we should be at least guided when we have nothing and when we have something then we can wear what we feel like.

Do not mistake this! What we wear has a role in our society, all we do is just keep it moving.
