  • Socialising…

Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.

What I have found after being discharged from the mental hospital, I found more clarity in life. In the public system, it can get chaotic at times. After the first admission I started feeling worse than before I came in for some reason. Maybe it could be the environment I was locked in the first time.

But nonetheless, interacting with people whether it is presence or talking, I like to feel the personality of each one because it usually makes me think afterwards about myself as well. Sometimes people say things about you directly you never knew you had and it makes you wonder what it meant.

When I was a child I used to play with random people or with my family members.

But now… I find joy in collecting things just for the aesthetics, but it is a plus when it goes up in value. It is just a personal collection I like to play or buy with so my room has that positive feeling when I have that item. It sure does feel like I am hoarding but… I am not so sure.

But when it comes to interacting with people, I mostly have a giving mentality which is emotional for some reason.

  • Invest in something you are passionate about…

Time is finite in this society. We should be using our time to service people or to make our society a better place.

This includes cleaning up our community or giving our knowledge for our time. However I like to give out knowledge for free because what we say has no price tag on it because I believe knowledge is free. But whenever I give someone or I give someone my time, then compensation is required. I tend to use the money given towards me to create a better society whether I am buying personal goods or supporting another project for my own sake to make even more money.

Right now since 1970, money is inflated ever since because money is taken off the gold standard thereby money is printed, so basically it is infinite.

I mostly use money to fund projects that the world is going to or fund my hobbies for nostalgic purposes. But I believe we should recycle whatever we can with the resources available in the community to create a better mental health environment.

  • How to be seen

I think it is mostly put yourself out there. Whether you are on social media or offline.

The internet has given us more freedom to make ourselves more seen, but there is a con. The con is physical interaction. We all need physical interaction one way or another.

The best way is to try to make yourself look good like hygiene or lifting weights at the gym. Also, if you are on your purpose it will make sure that you have something to strive for.

If you feel good about yourself, the way you dress or do a makeover, you tend to feel like a different person, just like you feel alive…

To be seen is mostly to do with discipline even though somedays you may not feel like.

Quote from Hamza the YouTuber. “Do the work especially when you don’t feel like it”.

  • Lifting each other up…

What quality do you value most in a friend?

What I admire most about people is the ability to put everyone up. What I mean is lifting people up whether emotionally or financially, but you would still have to do the work as well.

When you are young, the older folks will give you a piece of advice but when you guys are the same age giving each other information is helpful as well.

My own friends share about financial updates which keeps us updated about the markets without us doing as much research into the markets. But me? I help them emotionally in how to manage their emotions, somehow. I do this unconsciously for some reason.

But whether we are friends or strangers, we should all strive to give a hand to another.

  • Finding comfort in music

Everywhere I go even in my car, I listen to party hardcore music because it is what keeps me going during the day and on my purpose.

When you listen to a specific music somehow your body reacts to it emotionally and physically. When I say physically, you could make some adjustments to your appearance through the music you listen to everyday. Also, the items you buy could also be influenced by the music you listen to.

I will give an example of a music I listen to:

When I listen to the music, I feel more upbeat about life which could manifest into real life in your surroundings like everyone treating you with the respect you want.

It is also good for mental health as well as if you listen to slow tempo types, it could make you relaxed or either make you depressed depending on your mood.

So whenever I listen to music, music just changes my mood even though I sometimes feel lazy before a job or work.

  • Leading the way…

I have found everyone can lead the way in one way or another. The older you get the more you can use your mind to influence people as you have more knowledge about the world.

If you do become an influence, I feel it is best to show your side of giving to another person so that all the other people will follow in your footsteps 👣.

However, I like to try and spread my knowledge to everyone and raise awareness about the community in solving the mental health crisis. Also our mental health is impacted mostly financially as some people are finding it hard to land a stable income for themselves.

I am committed to everyone having a commission based job while I take a little cut so everyone can stand on their two feet and to make work or service enjoyable for each parties.

The funds I get are also to support businesses that are sustainable to the development of society for making mental health a better place like donating money to a clean water charity, to an investment where everyone prospers financially, supports other sustainable recycling development businesses and working/supporting with small businesses while also getting my brand out there. This will be a long road but I think we will make it.

    We gonna make it
  • Respecting beliefs

    Do you practice religion?

While I do not believe in any religion, I respect them. It gives a person whatever they believe or practice a sense of purpose or something to do.

I believe religion offers a person hope when they are down. But most of all you should put the practice over another human being as second. This is because it does not make you cling to another person, a person a finite amount of energy they need to allocate to people.

Whenever you are struggling with mental health issues, it is good to practice or believe in a religion because they have some important scripts that are humble enough to give hope to you.

  • Building a foundation

I tend to rush things usually which can affect my mental health because I am trying to force stuff which I haven’t done. The best thing I learnt was to take little actions at a time so I would not overthink things.

This could also make you tired and unmotivated to do things.

If you are struggling or need someone to talk to. There are always free services around, you just need to look deeper within. Since we have the internet, it is more accessible than ever before. But what you do is to try and avoid the hospital for mental issues or else it would make things worse. Because mental health is a new thing we are trying to combat, in the 1960 to 1980s mental health was not a big thing so it was harder to tell. Now everything is coming up and more and more people are talking or spreading awareness about mental health issues.

When you slowly build a foundation for yourself you limit your mental health problems. I am not saying it will prevent but minimise the problem.

But I guess it mostly comes from information overload at one time. Our minds have not adapted to the fast paced society we have now.

  • Don’t underestimate yourself

Sometimes I strive to achieve something in the world, like solving a problem. Reading this book called “Lifes greatest question” by Tom Rath really made me think if I could put out something into the world, the others will follow unconsciously or consciously.

Reading other books really helped me reflect on my well being as well as some problems I need to solve for myself as well.

We together should work as one in making the world a better place like recycling as well as supporting some causes as long as it does not break the bank.

If you have fear of no money by the time you retire, you shouldn’t fear because there is always something for everyone to be looked after. I think if you support a cause or do something positive for society, the universe will look after you whether they do or do not know about it. This could be unconsciously people know you did something based on your energy or body language you put out.

These are just thoughts but I believe if you help another person positively then the universe will reward you two times.

I think of this as an investment in yourself.

    Path to giving
  • Always learning…

    What are you good at?

Whether I am reading a book or blog and doing a job I am always learning a new skill whether consciously and unconsciously. When I absorb something I get better and better at it. I do like experimenting, when I see a new way to do a task easier, I tend to play around with the platform until I can get the task to do what I want.

We should always strive to learn even in retirement age because if we stop growing and learning that is where we grow old quicker.

I do wish I was good at everything but it is not easy to juggle everything at once to be good at everything quicker. One thing I know I am good at is more on the business – sales part, but on my own terms.

I feel like when you are your own boss you have more power to do things your own way, making whatever you do unique. Even when you are your own boss you do feel a little unmotivated because you do not have someone on the other end to push you or help you grow.

What I do is roam around to different jobs, just meeting new faces and talking to them so I can get a few ideas out of it.

Always stay young and curious! 😉
