  • Energy as soldiers

Being a freelancer taught me that to help someone is to help 1000 people. I am writing my blogs in mental health to encourage us boys and girls to go out and try different things to get more out of physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Since COVID 19, the society has cracked about people following another person, which can snowball positively or negatively. Just like the toilet paper wars during COVID 19 in Australia.

  • Food for thought part 50

As we are always preparing for the future. Working or doing something for the present, holds hands for the future.

Even if the future is not planned but there will always be unpredictability on hand.

All we can do is work on our skillset so we can prepare for the future.

  • Food for thought part 49

In this society it is easy to believe what is on the internet.

No matter how we were taught to use the internet, our experiences can shape how we believe certain things on the internet.

This causes us to spread rumours and fake news on the internet. I am saying I am not perfect in that department but we sometimes have to be careful of what to believe in or else our mental health will deteriorate.

  • Energy vs passion

This would mean when you have passion to do something, you may not dread doing a specific task.

Of course overtime we get sick of the routine but I guess we don’t have a choice sometimes. Even when it comes to money we would be similarly motivated as it allows us to keep our passion alive.

When we feel, our passion will be alive in doing a specific niche
  • Storage

I guess when you store things in an area, which shapes the specific product into its own character depending on how it is handled or stored.

When we handle or store things each product is made depending on how it is carried or stored.

This could be a spiritual thing but somehow when a can of coke is stored in a fridge which depends on the smell of the fridge which transfers into the taste of the can of coke.

Each product can have a tiny difference of change depending on how it is put
  • Community vibes

It goes for any environment you go to whether it is online or offline.

With the age of social media we all communicate through the touch of our fingertips because it is easier. Rather than going out, staying where we are right at home is what the future will be like at this rate.

Just like social communication, which makes all of us introverts when we go outside with friends or just not saying too much because social communication is faster to spread rumours or just communicate with one another.

  • Learning is key

    Are you a lifelong learner?

As people, we should all strive to learn even when there is no one to push us. But with the interwebs learning is easier as there is a brunch of information at your fingertips.

But I guess when meeting in person is a bit more personal and you absorb information easily based on the person’s well experiences.

  • Ants part 2

    Ants

I have written in the blog that we are like ants.

Ecosystem wise every lifeform had a purpose or impact to give.

Of course there will be winners or losers in terms of money wise but we should not put money as the main factor.

We should be looking out for each other even when there is a problem but I guess there are a lot of problems, even new or old issues everyone will face.

  • Do it even when you don’t feel like it

What’s a chapter of your life you’d title “The Hard Years” — and what got you through it?

We as people are pretty lazy one way or another. Although there may be some professions that may put you in a good or bad spot (reputation).

When I am on medications it is harder to work but I am glad my parents have a business so I can work whenever I want or to force myself to work.

Of course, maybe I could have gone to the gym but I prefer getting paid to exercise.

When you force yourself, it is better to imagine what impact you are making when you do something for money.

The oldest profession in the world, may affect your mental health over time but I guess there is always a catch with whatever you do.

  • Tone of voice vs medications

I may not be a doctor, just a consumer of these drugs.

In the above link, somehow these psychiatrist drugs make your voice deeper. It is similar to having gone through a lot in life.

When I encounter people who have taken these drugs and survived their voices are deeper.

And that is what we should be, improving ourselves and looking for correct information elsewhere.
