  • Keep it simple

I found that living in a fast paced environment can really affect our mental health.

I think it is because we are afraid of being left behind the things we want to do. (I have done this) Yes! I think life is not easy because you will have to put in the work after getting out of school to observe the real world so you would get the hang of doing things that would benefit society.

I on the other hand, I am trying to bring mental health awareness out, for education or knowledge purposes. I am still learning.

I think for mental health some people do things that are not acceptable by society unconsciously or maybe hopefully not consciously.

But in saying this, to have a better mental health is to find something you are passionate about. For me I like servicing people just like “how can I be of a service”. Most people I talk to about their mental health seem to be geared into the service area. So maybe my conclusion would be “People are happier when they are serving people”.

  • Mental health is what you feel

We feel that we should suppress our inner selves, it’s probably why we burst out of control when we release it, while we suppress them all these years.

I have been suppressing my inner thoughts or trying so hard in my early 20s in order to make it in society. I have been thinking… Whatever I do, does it impact positively or negatively to the person I am serving/communicating to.

I want to help people learn/gain knowledge on what I try to say sometimes while not forgetting my principles in what I do.

    My principles are:

    Pay for a service/product

    No stealing

    No hurting one another

We need people in the local community or the world to contribute one way or another.

So its like when we pay for a service/product in a business, we are contributing to the development of that area or the business. I like to think that!

Our presence helps to boost the community of that area or business. Even by donating clothes, we are contributing to someone who has no clothing in that region or individual.

This could in fact, if related to mental health, us humans have an innate need to help someone or something.

But I guess we all have different perspectives on how we feel in the moment.

    Art of Giving
  • Your appearance is your mental state

    Human Body

I may have discovered this, your body produces energy based on your lifestyle and shapes the way you look.

This is pretty hard to explain but whatever you are doing or what actions you take your body produces energy in return for your muscles and body fat. So if you are consistently worried or have anxiety your body will consume fat in your body, this makes you look like a drug addict.

This is also mental health related as anything you do in life could eat you up so it is best to take care.

  • Doing something you love

When you take the time to do something it will be good how you want it to be because you put a lot of passion into it.

Well for me I like doing business, and here in my blogs I am letting out my inner thoughts and maybe give you guys some perspectives.

As for business I like to do everything at once in the cheapest financial form. Not that I have employees, I am independent.

I tend to have a feel for the environment when I do something I love, not sure if it fosters my creativity, but I like it!

When I work at a normal job, sometimes I just feel like I don’t want to do it anymore because independence is creativity.

I feel like working at a job affects my mental health whereby if I am independent my mental health is more stabilised.

Maybe it’s just my creativity showing…

  • Thoughts on mental health and food

Mental health is complex, there are issues like PTSD, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and many more.

These can occur when there is a burnout towards our modern society hierarchy. These can include social media or working or other forms of unhealthy behaviours like taking artifical consumables.

We should be working towards a more natural feeling of colours, food/drinks and a naturalistic feel to the environment. I think what causes these issues is our modern society has been driven by more profit and has forgotten a natural feel thus creating an artificial feel to spike our dopamine receptors. Once the high (artificial dopamine) begins to fade, we see all these mental health issues come about. I would guess it is similar to having cocaine, if you know what I am talking about…

This is hard to solve but probably in your area try to get a feel of artificial consumables and natural. Of course you pay for them, then eventually they will fade out with people not buying these consumables once they don’t feel right about them. Leaving the manufacturer to invent something more to the markets taste as in more natural and not damaging.

Most of these issues are in the developed world but I guess other worlds would have similar issues as smart phones take over. As technology/knowledge grow, our more of a natural modern diversity grows thus improving our mental health at the same time.

At the time of my writing, this could change.

  • Money is like lifepoints

Have you ever wanted money? Yes! Money is important. It helps us buy food, water and a place to stay.

I have been thinking, when you work for money, it becomes your lifepoint. Just like a game you need food for lifepoints but for real life you need money to buy things in order to live in our modern society.

It’s like when you have a lot of money, it means you have leveled in life. But that is subjective. Having money or making money is about giving value to another person whether it is for nostalgic purposes or if they need to get the job/product done! They will fix you up with more lifepoints. But it is a bit more complicated than what I’m saying now.

  • Emotions are like frequencies

Paramactical companies like to put a band aid where the mind can be fixed but you cannot really fix it because human minds are like frequencies.

I’m not saying medications are bad for you… But it is misguided. Most can tell you the way but if they haven’t tried them how would they know!

Anyways everyone’s experiences are different whether we have childhood trauma or other issues.

I think the cause is we should listen to an upbeat music to counter-act the labels we often get. Here is an example:

    https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=reDfLut763g&si=H1KNrK-4d_1ea4FH

Music is called: A New Dawn by Restyle

I know it’s not everyones taste, but maybe this will cure depression or any other mental disorders, modern society seems to label it as.

But anyways education is important to society as it helps us advance as a species.

  • Overwork affects our mental health

When your mind starts wanting this, wanting that it gets a bit too much.

I have overworked/over think to myself that is probably why I am the way I am.

I think it is people trying to make you see the reality of things in how they think but I think it is how to perceive things is how it will go. It’s only when there is a barrier like when people try to stop you, affects your mental health rather than encouraging your path.

But who knows? This could end up as a disaster or it could lead to greatness.

It’s ok, it’s best you continue your path as long as it does not get you in trouble with society or family members. If it does look after someone be it emotionally or financially, I think it will have a great impact.

It all depends on what you define overwork. It probably means what you are destined to do in your soul. The marketplace will eventually solve itself.

Everything has a price to pay but maybe do so when it benefits something?

  • What is in our environment can affect our mental state

Maybe it is psychosis or schizophrenia but maybe it’s our senses telling us something.

In modern society, our emotions have been a way to make money off. Who doesn’t like money? 💰

There has to be something that does not impact people, negativity to profit off. Otherwise… There has to be a solution like psycho therapy to cure the mental state of our problems because it is all in the mind. Just people giving something away or listening to someone without trusting their own judgement to look after themselves.

Like the birds chirping, animals are really good at giving the environment (offline) a good sense of peace in the environment. If there were no natural animals around us, the environment would be dark, thus affecting our mental state. Could also be grassess dying in where you live… Who knows?

If anything… Look outside and see what positive contributions you can make whether it is kindness or angriness and experiment with nature!

  • What we listen to affects our mental health

Do you hear the opinions people say?

It’s probably best to do something that would be best for your mental wellbeing.

Whether it is music or people’s comments, we should start to think of our well being, mentally. What is best, even though the type of music you are listening to is trash to others, start to try and what you can do for others with the type of music you are listening to. The type of music you listen to or create can have an impact on peoples minds. This can probably affect you positively or negatively, but for sure, always educate yourself in the action you are doing or else society will eat you up.

What I am saying, anything you do can build up for a lifetime because as you grow older it is harder to bounce back. It’s possible but, it’s best to serve the community with wealth and what you have to offer. I try to stay within my roots, but who knows if I’ll change for the better or worse.

For what is best for mental health as you get older is to contribute knowledge/services to the world like everybody is your children ready to learn. I guess it’s how we got to this point, of technology advances or different types of marketplaces because of us identifying a need in the market.

Giving different perspectives to people that have problems could be a good factor because people like what is comfortable. It’s not shifting a new strategy, it’s offering a new perspective in what they do. I did say that there were 7 billion people, meaning 7 billion worldviews. A YouTuber named “Nero Knowledge” is a good one for people to see how peoples actions affect themselves or other people.

Music/Tones/Meaning can affect us in ways we don’t know
